WORKING TOGETHER

If you want to expand your horizons and move towards a fuller, more satisfying life, please contact me to discuss your objectives.

 

Before we begin working together we will have a 60 minute introductory call to clarify what you can expect, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and for you to experience a short coaching session. Only if after this call we both feel that we can work constructively together will a commitment be made.

Coaching sessions can be on Teams, Google Meet, the phone or in person, whichever you feel will serve you best and fit with your other commitments. We will co-create tasks and enquiries  that are intended to deepen the new awareness gained in sessions and establish positive habits as you move from where you were to where you wish to be.

 

Throughout the coaching progrramme support is offered between sessions in the form of short check-ins, emails and messaging.

 

My aim is to hold the space where you can safely explore how you wish to be in the world and what factors, both internal and external, are preventing that.
