WORKING TOGETHER
If you want to expand your horizons and move towards a fuller, more satisfying life, please contact me to discuss your objectives.
Before we begin working together we will have a 60 minute introductory call to clarify what you can expect, discuss your goals, answer any questions, and for you to experience a short coaching session. Only if after this call we both feel that we can work constructively together will a commitment be made.

Coaching sessions can be on Teams, Google Meet, the phone or in person, whichever you feel will serve you best and fit with your other commitments. The first session will be 90 minutes in duration and take a deep dive into your values, what drives you, what you want your life to be about and what you want your legacy to be.
Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes long and we’ll look at your long term goals through the lens of the challenges you’re currently facing. We’ll spend the sessions developing awareness around those challenges and co-create tasks and enquiries that are intended to deepen any new awareness and establish positive habits as you move from where you were to where you wish to be.
Throughout the coaching progrramme support is offered between sessions in the form of short check-ins, emails and messaging.
My aim is to hold the space where you can safely explore how you wish to be in the world and what factors, both internal and external, are preventing that.

Answers to questions you may have:
What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines Coaching as 'partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.'
What this looks like is a dedicated space for you to slow down, get clear, and take action. I ask you questions and use exercises which enable you to find your own answers. It’s not about me giving advice — it’s about uncovering what matters most to you, revealing what’s been holding you back, and finding practical ways to move forward.
How is Coaching different from therapy or mentoring?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past, while mentoring is about learning from someone else’s expertise. Coaching is different in that it’s future-focused, action-driven, and built around your unique goals.
How long before I see results?
Coaching isn’t a quick fix, though some things may feel different after our first conversation. With steady sessions over a few months, you’ll start to notice real shifts — in how you think, how you make decisions, and how confidently you move toward your goals.
Can’t I just talk to my friends or family instead?
Friends and family are invaluable, but they’re also invested in their version of you. A Coach gives you something different: unbiased support, honest challenge, and a safe space where the focus is entirely on you.
How do I know if I’m ready for Coaching?
If you’ve been asking yourself “Why do I keep getting stuck here?”, “What do I really want next?” or noticing things aren’t working for you anymore, Coaching can help you explore the answers. Curiosity and openness are usually enough to start.
How do I know if you’re the right Coach for me?
As you’re here I imagine something has resonated with you already.
When we speak, notice how it feels — do you trust me, do you feel heard, do you sense we’d work well together? Coaching is a partnership, and you should feel comfortable with the person sitting across from you (even if it’s on Zoom).
What if I’m unsure whether Coaching is right for me?
That’s totally normal. That’s why I offer a complimentary introductory call — so you can try it out, ask questions, and see how it feels before committing.
What happens if I invest in Coaching and it doesn’t work?
There are no guarantees, but what I can promise is my full commitment and focus in every session. The people who see the most growth are the ones who show up willing to be honest, curious, and ready to experiment with change.
