"The Hidden Impact of Your Social Media Posts"

I saw someone recently that I hadn’t spoke to for a number of months.

They mentioned the posts I put on LinkedIn, that they saw them regularly on their feed and they made a habit of reading them. They said the posts frequently made them think.

They hadn’t commented or liked any that I remember but they had noticed them and they had been moved by them.

I was touched by their comments and it reminded me that we don’t always know how we are impacting others. For good or bad.

So in this I see an invitation to everyone to keep putting what’s important to you into the world - even when you’re not sure where and how it’s landing.

And to be know that whatever action you are taking an impact is landing somewhere. What do you want that impact to be?
