I work with creative thinkers. These amazing people don’t necessarily work in creative industries and may not consider themselves creative.
What they have in common is that they can access a flexibility of thinking. An ability to imagine what could be possible, how else things might be and allow themselves to get curious about what they can access in themselves to take themselves to that new place and what they need to develop.
For these potent dreamers creative thinking can be a double edged sword. The power to imagine extraordinary destinations and solutions is equally able to imagine the most damning of outcomes.
I see my role as helping them notice when their imagination and creativity is serving them, progressing them towards their goals and when it is getting in the way.

Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
